How it works

A transparent, community-driven approach to farm and ranch investment

Community Funding

All farmland purchases are community-funded through Native Token sales.

Property Acquisition

When sufficient funds are in the Native Token holder treasury, LANDAO purchases an income-producing farm or ranch property. ("income-producing" means the farm or ranch already has a tenant that leases the property).

Income Distribution

80% of the income goes to the Native Token holders treasury. 20% goes to the administration of the Organization.

Enhancement Fund

Upon every purchase, a percentage of the funds are reserved for the Native Token holders to spend on enhancements/improvements to the farm/ranch land. Native Token holders will generate and vote on such proposals.

Sale Proceeds

Upon the sale of any property, the Native Token holder treasury receives 80% of the proceeds. The DAO administration receives 20%.

Guaranteed Profit

By design, properties can only be sold for 50% more than the Purchase Price.

Decentralized Process

This eliminates a centralized subjective buying and selling process.
